An Independent 2020 declined Presidential Aspirant, Mr. Onipayede Ossom Teye revealed that, E-levy has and will expose the Executives, Legislature and Judiciary more to the world and for the next generations to come despite the claimed they learned from the University.
“Is unfortunate that we have a president who preaches virtues and practice vice, he managed to turn all the arm of government into spectators in the ship, praises sycophantically while he captain Ghana economy into deep waters without compass” he stated.
He furthered by saying our problem as a country is not inadequate taxes, partly doubled or multiple taxes and collecting of taxes but the main problem is financial discipline, you don’t bring new tax to solve the problem, it will be a joke to do so.
“The Media is the last hope, to do more, look for young discovering to rescue mother Ghana” he hope.
Mr. Onipayede Ossom Teye ended by saying “Like I always say, great is the discoverer because is the eyes that sees beyond the cover to bring out the hidden and seeing values that those having those values are not aware”.
The Electronic Levy which is shorten as E-LEVY has been passed in March after several rejection attempt of it’s implementation at the forth court of the Ghanaian Parliament and has been in action on the May, 1 2022, on Ghanaian Labour day (workers day).
