Politician and a business mogul Dr. Papa Kwasi Nduom has taken to Facebook to comment to the poor state of the major leading to the popular Elmina fort in the Central Region of Ghana

He stated that the contractor who he did not mention his name, had abandoned work three years leaving the already poor street to be deteriorated.
Dr Nduom stated the said road was vital to residents and travelers in the locality as it not only connects them to the Elmina Castle but a to different important places such as the stadium and Industrial estate.
“This is the “road” where the Stadium and Industrial Estate in Elmina are. Tourists use this road to get to the Elmina Castle.”
“The contractor abandoned the site more than three years ago due to non-payment for work done. Imagine that” the post said.
